About

Hello, I’m Aynur.

I chose to train in Co-Active Model where people are naturally creative, whole and resourceful, and that we coach the whole person. This means the answer and light is inside you. I’m here to hold attention and evoke transformation. My passion is to guide people how to live their full potential. My coaching focus areas are:

– Transition Coaching

– Mindfulness Coaching

– Leadership Coaching

– Life Coaching

I became a coach because I felt a calling to help people awaken to the fact that they are powerful and awesome, and that there is nothing they cannot do. My passion is building and developing diverse, inclusive and happy teams that are aligned with business priorities and their personal goals. As a Leader I was coaching teams for performance, career development as well as career and life transitions. This is where I realized the power of coaching and thus pivoted my role to support sales as a sales enablement lead, facilitator and coach. I have 17 years of experience in sales, partnerships and sales enablement in tech companies like Amazon and Google, and have worked in diverse cultures across Europe, United States and Asia.

I am a certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Associate Certified Coach with ICF (International Coaching Certification), certified Korn Ferry’s 360 leadership assessment, certified Emotional Intelligence, Insights Discovery and #IamRemarkable Facilitator, as well as certified yoga teacher and an avid meditator.

I am from a Turkish family, was raised in Germany, and have been living in Singapore for the past ten years. I am married to my amazing friend, life partner and father to our two beautiful kids. I love exploring the world with my family, I enjoy exploring new local dishes and I love learning new sport activities from wakeboarding, tennis and Zumba. I speak English, Turkish, German and Spanish.

I look forward to working with you!

Why work with me?

“The Red Dot” is a nickname often given to Singapore, my home. To me, “red dot” also brings other emotions and ideas to mind that deeply resonate with me.

You’ll notice in my logo that the circle, the dot, is not perfect. The circle is continuous and centered, but it has no beginning or end. There is flow and infinite movement, and like humans, the imperfection creates space for growth and change. Circles also represent harmony and unity, which are grounding aspects in meditation – something that greatly informs my work as a coach.

The color red is also important. Red symbolizes warmth, connection, and energy. It is this energy that I bring into my coaching, and how I serve my clients and fulfil the mission and purpose of my work.
